The rules for using CreatorHouz.
These Terms & Conditions describe the basic rules for using the CreatorHouz website and platform, whether you are a creator, brand or visitor.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using CreatorHouz, creating an account, publishing a profile or campaign, or using platform features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies or guidelines published by CreatorHouz.
2. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure. Creators should represent their real work, social presence and relevant profile information accurately. Brands should publish genuine campaign opportunities and provide truthful campaign requirements.
3. Creator and brand relationships
CreatorHouz facilitates discovery and connection. When a brand and creator communicate or agree on deliverables, compensation, usage rights, deadlines or other commercial terms outside the platform, those terms are between the brand and creator. CreatorHouz is not a party to that private agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Credits, campaigns and platform features
Where the platform uses credits for campaign posting or creator contact unlocking, users must not manipulate, abuse or circumvent the credit system. Features, pricing and credit rules may change as the platform develops. Material changes will be reflected in updated terms or notices.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use CreatorHouz for scams, phishing, impersonation, harassment, threats, hate speech, illegal activity, sexually explicit content, fake campaigns, fake profiles or attempts to manipulate platform mechanics.
6. Content and intellectual property
You must only upload or publish content, photographs, portfolio samples, trademarks or other materials that you own or have permission to use. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for obtaining any permissions required for your use of third-party material.
7. Platform access and enforcement
CreatorHouz may remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts where it reasonably believes these terms, applicable policies or the safety of the platform have been violated.
8. Disclaimers
CreatorHouz does not guarantee a particular campaign result, creator response, commercial outcome or business relationship. Users are responsible for their own due diligence before entering into agreements or making payments.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as CreatorHouz evolves. Continued use of the platform after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
